Return Instructions
Follow these steps
to ensure quick processing when you need to return a product.
All returns must be sent back in the original packaging. We can only accept returns on unopened, full quantity test strips due to health regulations.
We will gladly accept returns on products if you are not 100% satisfied.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
If your order was damaged during shipping, just call our customer service department and we will get replacements out right away!
We will work to ensure timely processing of all returns. Please allow 5 business days for all replacement products to be shipped and 7 days for refunds to be issued.
